Gala Bingo promised to provide alternative massive jackpot games, equal in size or bigger than those offered by the National Bingo, and the company has kept faithfully to its word.

However, the National Bingo, which once enjoyed the status as a prominent fixture in the UK online and off-line bingo scene seems to be rising up once more and promises to get its act into gear for the upcoming New Year.

A look at the National Bingo site this week showed that new content has been added – the first time since August this year. The site features a promotion for an upcoming game, due to take place on December 21st and players stand to win part of the massive Platinum Jackpot that has clocked more than a quarter of a million pounds to date.

All eyes in the industry will now be turned to the National Bingo website to see whether the scheduled game will take place or not and whether further ones will be held.
